Rates 

• Less than 15 minute Consultation: $0.00

• Initial Assessment / Diagnostic Evaluation 75 minute session: $150

• Individual Counseling with Licensed Clinician: $150

• Individual Counseling with Resident: $50

• Couples 50 minute session (insurance not accepted): $213

• Group 75 mins (insurance not accepted): $60

Insurance

In Network with: Anthem Insurance, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Health

Though I am out-of-network with some insurances providers; many still are able to get a portion of sessions covered with their out-of-network benefits. I will provide statements that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, similar to your doctors office.  You can also use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover out-of-network costs pre-tax. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to determine coverage for out-of-network counseling services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

 

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
